Resolution Update #33

Last week, I gained a lot of weight, didn’t swim, didn’t run more than 20 miles, and failed in many other areas. I also appeared in two live shows and was hired for a new part-time job. It could have been worse.

Here’s how I did last week:

1. Lose 20 pounds. It’s nighttime and I didn’t get on the scale. Last week, I said I would do it but it looks like that’s another broken resolution.

2. Run 3,000 miles. 19.4 miles last week, 1,090.7 miles for the year.

3. 10,000 push ups; 15,000 leg lifts.
