It’s been a fairly dismal week but I’m hoping for an upward change:
1. Blogging. Goal: 300 posts for the year. What I have: After a wave of bug pictures, I’m up to 151 posts. To be on pace, I needed 104.38 posts.
2. Writing. Goal: 100,000 words for the year. What I have: I was lazy but had a burst of writing last night to put me at 45,727, needing 34,794.52.
3. Running. Goal: 2,200 miles for the year. What I have: I skipped running almost all week, only getting in seven miles. Overall I have 814.5 miles, needing 765.48, but that’s a lead that can slip away quickly.
4. Publishing. Goal : 105 manuscripts sent out. What I have: I got plenty of rejections but didn’t send anything out. Still at 62, needing 36.53.
5. Video. Goal : five video projects. What I did: I could have gone to a third project on Sunday but felt too sick. I’ll regret that. Still two, needing 1.73.
6. Weight. Goal : lose 35 pounds. What I did: Last week I gained seven pounds; this week I lost eight, 17.4 pounds for the year. I guess if I do that long enough, I’ll get somewhere.
7. Art. Goal: Photograph 100 species. What I did : 52:

8. Kids. Goal : 300 events. What I did: 67 events, going to Campbell County Library and Anderson Library.
9. Exercise. Goal : 8,000 leg lifts and 5,000 push ups. What I did: Needed 2,783.56 leg lifts and 1,739.73 push ups and have–
Leg lifts: 2,786 (2.44 up)
Push ups 1,738 (1.73 down)
10. I’ll use a resolution to be announced later: three interviews this week but no follow-ups. I have one tomorrow so I haven’t completely lost hope.
